A six-course dinner presented by Kevin Joseph of Blue Island Oyster Farm, Jennifer Lumley of Terlato Wines International and Oceanaire’s Executive Chef Kareem Anguin. The menu: East Meets West: Blue Island & Kusshi Oysters, Mango Scotch Bonnet Mignonette & Wasabi Cucumber Sorbet/Château de Sancerre Blanc ; Kale & Grain Salad, Fried Conch, Blood Orange, Quinoa, Lentil & Sokol Blosser Vinaigrette/Sokol Blosser Pinot Gris; Pan Seared Maine Diver Scallops “Shell & Belly”, Truffle Sweet Corn Cream, Pork Belly & Shrimp Ravioli/Wairau River Sauvignon Blanc; Grilled Florida Pumpkin Swordfish, Sage Roasted Pumpkin & Foie Gras Demi-Glace/Flor de Campo Pinot Noir; Dessert Course: Five Spice Rum Banana Bread Pudding, Vanilla Ice Cream & Almond Crumbs. Cost is $65 per person.
