6th Annual DASH Taste of Design FundraiserFriday, November 8, 7pm-11pm - The Moore Building, 4040 NE 2nd Avenue, Miami Design District

Design and Architect Senior High School, hosted it’s DASH 6th Annual “Taste of Design”. Proceeds from the event will directly benefits the DASH PTSA and raise critical funds to invest in quality education for DASH’s next generation of talented artistic and design professions. More than 150 guests at the event, including some of South Florida’s most influential and innovative arts and business leaders.  The Moore building was decorated in white with the art and flowers providing the the color!

Guests will sample specialties from a smorgasbord of top Miami restaurants including Buena Vista Bistro, Harry’s Pizzeria, Ceviche 305, Soyka’s,and Panther Coffee. The highlight of the evening is the highly-anticipated offerings of the silent auction, MC Lynn Martinez of WSVN Deco Drive with items including original artwork, jewelry, dining, spa and medical spa services, home and garden items, skin care products, exotic vacations and tickets to major entertainment venues.  “The funds raised by this gala event are vital to continuing the remarkable, high quality public education that DASH provides and for which it is has received worldwide acclaim,” said Howard Miller.

DASH is an award-winning, A-graded Miami-Dade County Public Magnet School dedicated to the arts.  Students acquire life and professional skills in a context unique to their focus area.  “Education by Design” represents the philosophy of the school, which offers its students programs in architecture, industrial design, fashion design, fine arts, visual communications and entertainment technology.
