Forte dei Marmi & Cultured Magazine celebrated the return of 2 Michelin Star Chef Antonio Mellino and the debut of the new Mediterranean Raw Bar. Forte dei Marmi freshly procures and skillfully prepares the highest quality local organic produce, farm-raised prime meats, and wild-caught seafood and fish. With two Michelin stars under his belt, chef Antonio Mellino and his son Raffaele bring together the sophisticated simplicity of Italian fine dining with slow food culture. 

Mediterranean Raw Fish Bar

Forte dei Marmi’s new ‘Mediterranean Raw Fish Bar’ will be served daily with experiences to include a â€œMediterranean” Ricciola Carpaccio with crunchy vegetables, lemon sauce and Himalayan salt, â€œMediterranean” Fresh Catch of the Day Tris of TartareSicilian Red Prawns Carpaccio with avocado, red onion, blueberry and castrovergine olive oil, â€œGreat White” Oysters, and a Caviar Station – 30 gr, 50 gr, 100 gr served daily, and Mix Raw Fish Platter with red Sicilian’s prawns, raw langoustine, wild salmon sashimi, yellow fin tuna and red snapper,Raw Wild Langoustine, and Raw Wild Sicilian’s Red Prawns served Thursday to Sunday.

Sunday Brunch

Forte dei Marmi offers guests an affordable, approachable and experiential $55pp pre-fixe brunch, highlighting the best of Italian cuisine. The Italian fare consists of a Bronze Antipasti Barhighlighting dishes like the Octopus with potatoes, greens and celery, Signature Blue Tuna Tartare with cucumber, radish and caper berries, House Cured Atlantic Salmon with fries’e and yogurt sauce, Mediterranean Style Grilled Organic Vegetables, and Salads with Heirloom Tomato & Basil and avocado mango, pecan nuts and homemade granola; a choice of 1 entrée, which includes Organic Egg French Omelet served with homemade toasted bread plain or with choice of cheese, mushroom, onion or fine herbs, Slow Cooked Organic Poached Egg with asparagus, spinach and avocado toast, Linguine “alla Nerano” with zucchini and parmesan, Free Range Chicken “Milanese with rucola and cherry tomatoes stuffed with ricotta and spinach Paccheri with Seafood, Grilled Petit Beef Filet with organic fried egg and roasted potatoes, Grilled Tiger Prawns with Autumn Salad, or Grilled 12 oz Rib Eye with Dauphinoise potatoes and Romanesco broccoli; and to finish, a Dessert Buffet Style dish with Organic Fruit CrostataVanilla Crème BrûleeChocolate ProfiterolesApple PieChocolate Cake and Neapolitan Donuts.
