Seasalt and Pepper Brasserie and Lounge, a waterfront seafood bistro with 225 feet of docking facility, two dining rooms, an event space, and an outdoor lounge located on the bank of the Miami River, is introducing the area to some serious culinary swagger personified by a new sleek restaurant that focuses on restyled gastro classics and modern cocktailing. Seasalt and Pepper is the brainchild of Stephane Dupoux, the visionary creator of Nikki Beach, Pearl and Buddha Bar Resorts, and the home base of chef Alfredo Alvarez, the cookery wizard behind the legendary Giacosa in Coral Gables. Together with Carlos Miranda and his team, the group behind Seasalt and Pepper is redefining the concept of riverside dining one delicious plate at a time.
