The latest edition of Big Night in Little Haiti will present Wanito, Haiti’s popular young singer/songwriter, with an opening set by Notre Dame d’Haiti Catholic Church’s children’s choir and keyboardist Deblozay. Wanito’s beautiful voice and guitar skills showcase a mix of reggae, roots, dancehall and konpa music with powerful lyrics that address issues of Haitian daily life. Enjoy a free evening of music and art with DJ Mack spinning between sets, art exhibits in he gallery, open studios, activities for the kids, food and drinks and more! The evening is produced by the Rhythm Foundation and the Little Haiti Cultural Center.
