Area 31 Launches BrunchJanuary 4 & 5, 11:30am-3pm – Area 31 at Epic Hotel, 16th Floor, 70 Biscayne Blvd Way, Miami

The recently renovated Area 31 has launched a new weekend brunch and a selection of new cocktails to go along with it. With the new look comes new Executive Chef, Wolfgang Birk, formerly of Casa Casuarina, and Dean Feddaoui as new master mixologist. Area 31 will serve brunch staples  like suckling pig with polenta ($24), carpaccio with octopus ($14), the quinoa fried rice ($14), lemon ricotta pancakes with raspberry compote ($14), or buttermilk pancakes with rum, caramel and bananas ($15); and not to be missed classic brunch cocktails with creative spins like bellinis with guava and four kinds of Bloody Marys.
