Blue Moon Fish Co.Â is thrilled to announce a fabulousÂ new Cooking Class Series, presentedÂ by Executive Chefs BryceÂ StathamÂ and BaronÂ Skorish. During the months of January, February and March, Bryce and Baron will demonstrate how to prepare several savory 4-course meals and pair them with featured wines and cocktails. Attendees will savor every dish and will be provided with the recipes presented in each class, so that you can impress your friends later with your new culinary skills!Â Classes will be held on the second Saturday of each month.
OnÂ January 11, the chefs will teach you how to prepare some of Blue Moon Fish Co.â€™s most popularÂ brunch recipes, such as Salmon Eggs Benedict, paired with handcrafted Bloody Marys and fancy bubbles. TheÂ February 8thÂ class will featureÂ Valentine’s inspired dishesÂ paired with Ferrari Carrano. The last class, onÂ March 8th, will feature a menu with freshÂ spring ingredientsÂ paired with Rodney Strong.Â Cooking Classes will be held at fromÂ 3:30pm-6:00pmÂ forÂ $65 per person, including wine and cocktails.Â Â Space is limited, so be sure to sign up early.
