Water is Life, a month-long exhibition at the Coral Gables Museum, will offer an eye-opening look at a substance so essential to life we often take it for granted. The exhibition, which coincides with the United Nation’s International Water Day on March 22, brings together a variety of art works selected from Coral Gables galleries and includes works from University of Miami Master of Fine Art students. Curated by Rosa Lowinger, the exhibition includes imaginary ceramic sea creatures, a meticulously drafted distillery and an art installation of a small wooden boat in a doorway preparing to launch into the encroaching waves.
