Dark Dining allows people without disabilities to get a betterÂ understanding of what lifeÂ is like for individuals with visual impairments. Dark Dining provides diners withÂ theÂ opportunity to experience a first class mealÂ while blindfolded. â€œThis unique event is a sensory overload dining experience you wonâ€™t want to miss!â€ says Steven Haas, owner of City Hall the Restaurant.
