The Miami Master Brokers Forum (MBF), a home-grown network of the area’s top-producing real estate professionals, recently convened for an extraordinary dinner and presentation at the Paraiso Bay condominium sales center in Edgewater.
Chaired by Pat Klock Parker and Christopher Zoller, this dynamic event featured a special presentation from The Related Group Chairman and CEO Jorge Pérez, who advised the 100-plus Master Brokers in attendance about his company’s proven strategies for “Tapping into Global Markets.†During the course of his presentation, Pérez covered a broad spectrum of topics, including Miami’s historic real estate cycles; lessons learned from the most recent “bubble†and how those strategies have driven the market’s dramatic recovery; tactics for engaging foreign brokers and investors; and figures that illustrate Miami’s sustained and exceptional affordability in comparison to other world-class cities.
Lynda Fernandez, senior vice president of public relations and international for the Miami Association of Realtors, also presented the Master Brokers with techniques and marketing concepts to attract buyers from all over the world; including the association’s international summits, events, and referral networks.
Prior to dinner, Paraiso Bay sales director (and Master Broker) Mathy Garcia Chesnick introduced the project to the attendees, advising them to take advantage of aggressive early pricing on the project’s first (of two) towers. She also announced world-famous buyers of the project’s penthouses, including celebrity DJ/music producer David Guetta, NBA star Manu Ginobili and tennis champion Arantxa Sánchez Vicario.
“Jorge Pérez has positively impacted Miami real estate more than any single individual, and we are tremendously grateful to him and The Related Group for their outstanding support of the region’s broker community,” said Jeff Morr, chair of the Miami Master Brokers Forum. “He has always had a global vision for our city, and understands intuitively how to communicate its greatness in a way that transcends dollars and cents.â€
